1. What if my box is damaged when I get it?

Request to inspect the shipment prior to signing for the product. If the product is damaged, "Refuse shipment, REASON -- DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT" Call or Email Pro's Edge to Arrange Re-Order.

If you sign for the product YOU will be responsible for Return Postage

5. Does 10 Day Service mean I will recieve my dress in 10 days?

When you select 10 Day Service as an option with you order that means that your item will be manufactured and recieved by us in 10 days.  For example if you order a dress and select 10 Day Service, your dress with be manufactured and shipped to us from the vendor in 10 days.  You will need to allow additional time for dress crystalling and shipping to you.
