10 Day Service is a a feature offerered by some manufacturers where your order needs to be made and is going to take 3-4 weeks for standard production.  10 Day service is not Guaranteed to you in 10 days and the charge is NOT REFUNDABLE.  This charge is paid directly to the manufacturer for the expidited service.  10 Day service refers to 10 Business days.
